Return Policy

You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping. Items must be returned in original packaging to insure it is not damaged during the return. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.

Back Order Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Shipping Policy in The 48 Contiguous States

In stock items usually ship in one business day. But, due to current demand in the industry, it could take longer. Typically no more than five business days. Most items will be shipped UPS and include insurance. Signature is required on orders over $1000.00. In the case that the item is back ordered, you will be notified promptly and given an ETA on your order.
 

Privacy Statement

Our Web server does not automatically recognize information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mails  of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
